Our plan was to ride from home, camp in Anisquam, and take the morning Ferry from Gloucester to Provincetown, however, we were too late reserving a campsite, so a friend brought us and our bikes to Gloucester for the ferry.
On our way out of Gloucester Harbor, we passed the US Coast Guard Eagle, which was docked in Gloucester for some festivities.

We did a little loop in Provincelands, picked up some maps and a book, 'Short Bike Rides - Cape Cod, Nantucket & the Vinyard', at the Visitors' Center, and proceeded to bicycle ourselves and our gear to the campground in Brewster.
From our campsite in Brewster, we would do little day-tours, exploring the sights and the bikepaths of the Cape. We were stopped dead here, though - no pontoons :D

We left our campsite, rode to Hyannis, and boarded the Ferry for a few days on Nantucket.
